Prices
All prices in CHF, excl. shipping.

Payment
Payment is made in advance (bank transfer, twint) to the specified account.

Shipping
The order is delivered by mail, the risk of loss lies with the buyer.

Cancellation
Cancellation is possible before the dispatch. Please contact us in time.

Return
Returns are possible for orders with no sign uf use. The purchase amount will be refunded, minus expenses for shipping.

Shortcomings
The buyer is obliged to inspect the delivery upon receipt and to report defects in writing within 5 days. Defect goods can be returned within 10 days. Depending on the agreement, the purchase amount (minus shipping costs) can be refunded or a new script.book can be sent to you. The postage for any return shipment for the purpose of exchanging or rectifying the defects lies with the buyer. An exchange is only possible in case of defects or false delivery.

Data Storage
The data required for the processing of orders (name, e-mail address and delivery address) are treated absolutely confidentially and only by us. All data is password-protected and will not be passed on under any circumstances. A complete excerpt of the stored personal data can be requested in writing at any time, as well as the deletion of all data.
